
Bofan Shi 史博凡, CFA, MFE
Research
Bofan is responsible for risk management, asset allocation strategy research, as well as managing broader, interdepartmental projects at Rayliant.
Prior to joining Rayliant, Bofan worked as a senior valuation associate at Ernst & Young for the firm’s Strategy and Transactions service, specializing in quantitative analytics and corporate finance. At the start of his career, Bofan completed internships as a quantitative analyst at Rayliant and as an equity research analyst at Huatai securities.
Bofan earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign as well as a master’s degree from UC Berkeley. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Bofan also earned a Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
