Dara Biederman, JD

Dara is Head of Compliance for Rayliant, overseeing the structure, process and procedures that ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA  and state laws and regulations. She is a licensed attorney with over 10 years of experience leading compliance teams, including 7 years at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. Dara also worked as a CFP® registered advisor with two investment advisory firms providing financial planning and investment management to high net worth families and businesses.

Dara received a BSW from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Wisconsin Law School.
