David leads Rayliant’s work with U.S. clients active in the government, Taft-Hartley and institutional sectors. He joined Rayliant in July 2018 when it acquired Fusion Investment Group, where he previously held a similar role.
David has more than 25 years of public affairs experience with government, corporate and finance entities. In his home state of Pennsylvania, he worked for the Governor, the Attorney General and the State Senate, and also with the U.S. Senate in Washington, D.C. He was engaged in policy development, communications and political strategy.
David spent eight years at global pharmaceutical company Mylan as Senior Director of North America Government Relations. He was directly responsible for federal, state and provincial government relations in the U.S. and Canada, also sitting on Mylan’s North America Leadership Team.
David graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, with a degree in political science. He lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife, Hope, and three children: David, Reagan and Jackson. When he is not active in numerous local community organizations, he is teaching everything from a “bull dodge” to a “Z dodge” as a high school boys lacrosse coach.
