Senior Researcher
James works as a researcher and trader in our Hangzhou Office in China. His main responsibilities include building an automated trading model for Rayliant’s diversified and rapidly developing product lines, and also assist the firm in exploring innovative strategies to capture evolving alpha opportunities in China market.
Prior to joining Rayliant, James worked as a post-Doc with a top academic team and provided political and financial consultancy services for various government bodies and financial institutions in China. He earned his BA in Economics and Finance from University of Hong Kong, and PhD in Economics from University of Glasgow.
