Matt Bowers 鮑蔚永, JD

Matt serves as General Counsel for Rayliant Global Advisors, overseeing legal strategy, risk mitigation, compliance, and human resources for the firm’s global family of companies.

Throughout his career, Matt has specialized in identifying opportunities for organizations to improve their efficiency while managing institutional risk. Prior to joining Rayliant, he provided legal counsel at one of the world’s largest law firms, litigating and advising on operational issues in the finance, hospitality, entertainment and labor industries. More recently, Matt served in the General Counsel’s office at a global labor union, providing legal and policy advice in various areas.

Matt received a BA with Honors from the University of California, Davis, and a Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. He holds Securities Certifications from the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI), and Certifications in Global Financial Compliance (GFC) and Investment Operations (IOC) from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), where he is also an associate member (ACSI).
