Scott is responsible for Rayliant’s asset allocation solutions, with particular focus on serving institutional investors and high net-worth individuals. He has been managing client assets in various capacities since 2000.
Prior to joining RGA, Scott founded Fusion Investment Group, where he also served as Chief Investment Officer. Before founding Fusion in 2006, he was Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Blue Vase Holdings, LLC, where he was responsible for asset allocation policy and security selection. He helped lead the firm’s growth to more than one billion US dollars in assets before its sale to ING.
Scott obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, pursuing his studies in both London and Singapore. He has a BS degree from Grove City College with honors in finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Pittsburgh.
