Donald focuses on researching local market development and fundamental insights, and conducting empirical research in support of localized signal research and model development for China strategies. He also serves as a liaison to Rayliant’s top partners in China and provides consultative services to help them manage, monitor and maintain portfolios utilizing Rayliant’s strategies.
Prior to joining Rayliant, Donald worked as a portfolio manager and researcher at Ping An, specializing in quantitative investments. He brings quant experience from Allianz, Pacific Life, BMO, and CITIC. He earned his BS in Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University and MFE from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Donald is a CFA charterholder.
