Chintan Patel, MFE

Chintan conducts quantitative research in support of Rayliant’s quantamental ETFs, including research into trading signals in emerging markets. One area of particular focus is research into global and country-specific technical trading signals designed to identify stocks, sectors, and regions subject to sentiment-driven mispricings.

Prior to Rayliant, Chintan was a senior analyst in the derivatives market at Axxela Research and Analytics, focusing on the Brazilian market, where he led a team in developing quantitative models for identifying arbitrage opportunities in interest rate derivatives.

Chintan earned a Master of Financial Engineering from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology in India.
