Doug Gratz 道寡痴, CFA

Doug manages the directives to institutional accounts with special attention to the Americas and Europe.

Doug has over 25 years of investment experience in both portfolio management and marketing. Prior to his position at Rayliant, Doug was Director of Business Development at Orpheus Indices, Ltd., where he worked with the research team to re-engineer the portfolio construction. Before Orpheus, Doug spent eight years at Research Affiliates in both direct marketing and affiliate relations. He was a product specialist for the Fundamental Indexes with applications in equity, fixed income, and absolute return portfolios.

Doug has a Bachelor of Science, with highest honors, from California Polytechnic University, and completed coursework at Massey University of Manawatu in New Zealand. He also received an MBA from Columbia University, New York with dual concentrations in Finance/Marketing. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
