Daryl Seaton leads Rayliant’s Wealth Management business as Head of Wealth Management, responsible for distribution and sales. He works closely with the leadership team to drive advisor engagement, expand distribution opportunities, and strengthen relationships with strategic partners.

As part of Rayliant’s leadership team, Daryl plays a key role in bringing operational discipline and alignment to the firm’s strategy. His leadership helps ensure that vision is executed effectively, positioning Rayliant for sustained growth and innovation.

In addition to his role at Rayliant, Daryl serves as President of Sowell Management, an RIA with a national footprint supporting independent advisors. His background also includes founding and leading his own RIA, giving him a deep, first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing financial advisors today. With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Daryl has consistently demonstrated his ability to scale businesses, build high-performing teams, and lead organizations through growth and transformation.
