Scott Dooley, CFA

Scott plays a multi-dimensional role for Rayliant, engaging in strategic initiatives and opportunities while concentrating on key areas to drive firm growth. He has spent his career in asset management in various capacities since 2000, with a particular focus on serving institutional investors and the wealth management industry.

Before joining RGA, Scott founded Fusion Investment Group in 2006 where he was CEO and served as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to that, he was Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Blue Vase Holdings, LLC, where he was a member of the executive management team and responsible for all investment decision-making and operations. He helped lead the firm’s growth to more than USD1 billion in assets before its sale to ING.

Scott obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, pursuing his studies in both London and Singapore. He has a BS degree from Grove City College with honors in finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Pittsburgh.
