Vicky Wan, 萬麗雯, EMBA

Vicky is responsible for managing investment operations and operational risk control.  She joined the firm in early 2019 to build out Rayliant’s investment operations capabilities and manage internal processes and partner relationships to deliver seamless and efficient services.

Vicky is deeply knowledgeable and experienced from working in the financial industry for over 20 years.  Before joining Rayliant, she was most recently at Standard Chartered Taipei as Head of Operations for Financial Institutions and Corporate Banking. Before that, Vicky was a Project Manager for JP Morgan Asset Management Taipei, where she managed AML, KYC and FATCA projects. Vicky has also worked at UBS to support business growth in Asia, including serving as the Head of Operations for UBS Taipei and Beijing and managing operations risk control and change management for APAC emerging market Investment Banking.

Vicky received her EMBA from the National Taiwan University and her MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  For her undergraduate studies, she majored in Finance and International Trade with a minor in Japanese at Ju-Jen Catholic University, Taipei.  Vicky holds a certificate of senior securities specialist from the Taiwan Securities & Futures Institute.  After work, she loves to watch movies, do oil painting, and travel.
